Most recent work carried out was to an elderly Daikin VRV, which involved trace and repair (three leaks found - very thorough) and sourcing and replacing parts. Very professional and cautious so as to avoid risk of gas escape and went the extra mile. We have used Technicool for both service and repair/replacement on our central London premises for many years.

Completely satisfied with Technicool. On the day of installation, the fitters arrived very promptly, and provided us with a clear and detailed explanation of the work to be undertaken.

The work was executed in a very tidy manner and both fitters were polite and courteous. Once installed, we were provided with a thorough demonstration of how to operate the new air conditioning system. After installation we received a follow up call from the director of the company to check that we were satisfied with the work carried out. Overall a very good experience, we would certainly recommend Technicool.

Technicool provided exceptional work. Throughout the whole house renovation this is the first subcontractor we have had no issues with at all. Everything went smoothly from the prompt initial visit and quotation, support with the documents for council/surveys to its actual installation.

The engineers and the electrician were very accurate, polite and hard working. They cleaned each room, were always on time and worked hard throughout the day. They even left our neighbour, whose access was needed to do wiring work, very satisfied. They were also the cheapest out of three quotes obtained. Thanks!
