Outdoor condensing unit
1. Check system for correct refrigerant charge
2. Check compressor run amps
3. Check fan amps
4. Lubricate moving parts
5. Check condenser coil (clean as needed)
6. Clean vegetation, etc from outdoor unit
7. Check contactor points
8. Check capacitors
9. Check crankcase heaters
10. Check condensing coil temperature
11. Adjust condensing fan speed if required
12. Check defrost control
13. Make sure condenser is level
14. Check excessive vibration
15. Check safety cut out devices
16. Check electrical connections


Indoor fan coil unit
1. Check controller
2. Check coil on & off temperatures
3. Check thermostat level
4. Check thermostat calibration
5. Check fan amps
6. Flush or blow out condensate drain line
7. Check and clean evaporator drain pan and flush
8. Insert Pro-Treat tablets into drain pan.
9. Check and clean evaporator coil
10. Check and clean fan scroll
11. Check electrical connections
12. Lubricate moving parts
13. Wash filters
14. Clean cabinet Check visual integrity of system and report necessary improvements.
